If you are looking to use a commercial kitchen, start a food truck, sell homemade cookies and pies or open a brick and mortar restaurant then this is the program for you! At no cost, this series will take you from creating your concept to starting your business and everything in between. Consider this a crash course on becoming a foodpreneur!

 

Offered in partnership between the 4th Street Market, the City of Santa Ana, the U.S. Small Business Administration and the OCIE SBDC Network.

About EATS

The EATS program is a food incubator program which fosters food industry entrepreneurship through education and training in the Inland Empire. The program offers business development support and professional experience from its leadership team to help startup and early stage food entrepreneurs launch their products into the marketplace. The SBDC Food Incubator Program focuses on four core areas to successfully incubate clients into business operators. These areas are: workshops and seminars, business and technical assistance, access to a home kitchen or a food processing space and access to the local food industry cluster.
