Chiu Ng is a graduate from California State University Los Angeles, with over 25 years of restaurant experience. From managing restaurants to being a developer and multi-unit franchisees of 20 stores, she has extensive restaurant experience to share including; site evaluations, LOIs, lease negotiations, construction, and openings. Chiu she has been on advertising committees, as well as a food counsel member for different concepts. Chiu and her team received awards for customer service, most improved sales, and received the Franchisee of the year for California.
In 2003, Chiu opened her first franchise sandwich shop. She received Frainshee of the Year and went on to open 2-3 stores a year for the next 7 years. In 2012, she decided to diversify and open an Asian Concept franchise. In recent years, Chiu has been consulting individuals and helping them start a restaurant and improve their sales.
