Kathleen Swift served as the Chief Commercial Officer for the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation. She was responsible for the commercial strategy, development, and management of the Foundation’s visitor services operation, museum store, web retail operations, facility rental business, event group logistics, operations, contracted catering, and souvenir photo services. Previously, Kathleen was with the Walt Disney Company, she managed the worldwide live stage shows venue merchandise operations, ESPN, Disney consumer products, venue merchandising businesses at the Los Angeles Dodgers, The Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, and the Anaheim Angels. In addition, Kathleen served as Director of Merchandising for Lakeshore Learning Materials and Product Manager for B.U.M. Equipment. Kathleen began her career in retail with Younkers Department Stores in Des Moines, Iowa, and worked in a variety of roles prior to her arrival in Southern California in 1994.
Kathleen brings a fresh perspective and growth-oriented attitude to business opportunities and challenges. She engages a grassroots approach to all aspects of business and has extensive experience in sales planning and analysis, merchandising, retail buying, product development, branding, inventory planning and management, retail operations, vendor management and negotiations, and management of employees and assets. Kathleen is a strategic thinker who understands how to identify opportunities and risks as well as build sales and profits.
