My Experience: 

Ken was the Director of Operations for many popular restaurants (Marie Callender’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Daphne’s) for 25 years. He is well versed in all aspects of restaurant operations, including franchise management.  He has trained over 100 managers and created training programs for both general and regional managers. The restaurants in which he oversaw won numerous awards for sales, profitability, cleanliness, and overall operational success. Ken was also the National Sales Manager for Hospitality/Healthcare/Education for a major distributor’s (US Foods) lead team that was responsible for 200 million in sales annually. Alongside his work as the Sales Manager and Director of Operations, Ken also worked as the Operator Sales Specialist for a top sales manufacturer of frozen potatoes (LambWeston). With this experience, Ken is also an expert in deviations and contract options available with regard to commodities.
