Monica’s personal and professional goals have centered on providing customers with excellent service by engaging the company and employees in high-performing strategies for their mutual benefit. Professionally, she has been able to realize her goals through various employment opportunities with domestic and international companies as well as government agencies.
She enjoys giving back to the community and providing training for different service organizations. Monica is highly skilled at relationship building with clients and across organizations and teams; especially at planting a seed of self-discovery and fulfillment in other’s people life and helping them achieve their potential. As a dynamic, highly motivated, results oriented Senior Business Sales and Training professional, she has been able to help generate profits and market share growth for the companies who have employed her.
Monica, holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School (Instituto de Empresa), in Madrid, Spain, one of the top 4 International MBA programs in the world and rated in second position worldwide in the ranking of Executive MBA programs ranked by The Economist. Her education, experience, and fluency in English and Spanish have been instrumental in her success with domestic and international markets.
She has more than 20 years of experience providing professional development, team effectiveness and leadership development to all levels of an organization. During the last 15 years, she had excelled at MLM/Direct Selling/Patty Plan Business Models. Companies include: Jafra Cosmetics International, Arbonne International, MONAT Global, among others.
Monica has also served at different boards of directors as the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce, (English Works Committee) West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, (Executive Board Member) GRAPE (Grand Rapids Area of Professionals of Excellence), Empowered Women OC Chapter Funder and for the last two years as an active member of the OCHCC. Her passion for helping the Hispanic Community led her to create the [email protected] Program curriculum. Now, Monica assists in Hispanic communities across the counties of Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino as an SBDC business consultant. In 2017, she trained more than 80 new [email protected] alone, most of whom have started their own micro-businesses.
