Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (OCHCC)
Established in 1986 in Santa Ana, California, the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has provided services to businesses in Orange County for over twenty years. The OCHCC’s membership is comprised of great variations. It includes businesses in Orange County to those outside the county, Hispanic as well as non-Hispanic, small businesses and large corporations.

California State University, Fullerton, Mihaylo College of Business and Economics
Located in one of the most vibrant and entrepreneurial business communities in the United States, Mihaylo College of Business and Economics at California State University, Fullerton is the largest accredited business school on the West Coast, nationally recognized for accreditation in both its business and accounting programs. The Orange County SBDC – Irvine Office is hosted at the CSUF South Campus location, a state of the art facility which houses the Orange County Inland Empire SBDC Network, Mihaylo’s Entrepreneurship Center and a plethora of economic development resources for the region.

Orange County Inland Empire Regional Economic Impact

The Orange County Inland Empire SBDC Network directly helped the launch of over 300 new businesses. In 2019, the Orange County Inland Empire SBDC Network ranked #1 in the nation for access to capital among thousands of SBDCs across the country. Through our services, clients were able to obtain more than $272 million in debt and equity capital for their businesses!

Economic Impact

Since its establishment in 2003, the Orange County Inland Empire SBDC Network has had a direct impact on the growth of the local economies of the communities we serve. Our OCIE SBDC Network provides support for small businesses by promoting job creation, advancing job retention, and increasing business expansion throughout the Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties.
